How do i sign up for our team in the Relay for Life?
--Go to http://www.acsevents.org/relay/ca/calpoly and click the "Participants Sign Up" icon at the top of the page
--Agree to the Waiver and select "Join a team"
--Enter "CP Pharmacy Club" on the second line and click "Search"
--Find our team and click "Join team"
--Fill out your personal information and submit
Soon after sign-up, you will receive a confirmation email with your new personal Relay fundraising website/account. You can give this to your friends and family, and post the link on your MySpace or Facebook for easier donations.
What community service opportunities are presently available?
Currently we have many club members helping at the Food Bank. We will also be raising money for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. Sign ups are held at the meetings.
What if I am unsure about pursuing a career in pharmacy?
It is a good idea to join our club if you are somewhat interested in pharmcy. In addition to many great contacts and peer insight, we provide opportunites for field trips and job shadowing, which will give you a deeper look into the field of pharmacy. Job shadowing is available every morning from 9-10am. Please come to our meetings to enquire.
How much are the membership fees?
Membership fees are $20 per quarter. (checks should be made payable to pharmacy club)
How much are the snazzy T-Shirts?
T-shirts are $17. More information (availability, etc.) coming soon.
